The hotel sits close to everything, and the staff treat guests with respect, but the pervasive smoke odor and the fact that floors were only vacuumed and never actually cleaned left me dissatisfied.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of cafes and shops nearby; the metro stop at Yekapı was close on one side, and the tram stop at Aksaray on the other. Unfortunately, there were no tea accessories, so I had to ask for a cup even though an electric kettle was provided because I had requested it in advance. I also found it inconvenient that there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes.
