How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The office stayed open until 9pm when we arrived to overnight on our way to Port Hedland, which made getting the key and room location simple; however, another guest parked across the driveway and blocked access to my room, and because the doors are close together it would help if guests were reminded to park directly in front of their rooms instead of blocking the main thoroughfare.

The place needs a lot of work: the outside rooms are very unkept, the curtains are shabby, the carpet is dirty, and the chairs are dirty.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, but there were several cockroaches on the walls, in the sink, in the bathroom, and a couple in the bed; the linen was stained, the bathroom mat was tattered and old, there were cobwebs throughout the room, and the bedside lamps didn’t work; the room faced the main road and traffic was loud, and several outdoor lights outside the room were not working, leaving the area dark and feeling unsafe—I've stayed at cheaper places in Carnarvon that were much nicer and cleaner.
