The little terrace and the quiet street were nice, but the kitchen equipment was unsuitable – you couldn’t cook properly for four. The breakfast was insufficient for four people over four days. There was a lack of toilet paper and a sponge.

The location was absolutely fine because the property sits on a quiet street in the Esquilino area, even though it’s 20/25 minutes from the center. The room was spacious and had all the comforts. The host kindly allowed an early check‑in, which was much appreciated. The breakfast consisted only of packaged items and lacked fresh products shown in the Booking photo. There was no luggage storage, which was essential for us; after leaving the room, we had to carry our bags ourselves. I would give a bit more attention to the overall cleanliness of the room and the external area, although the bathroom was clean.

The owner of the house is reachable and approachable, but the room is too small for three people.

The place was very nice and clean, and the host answered all my questions and was very helpful. The location is good and Roma Termini is really close. The breakfast was good but it didn't have some of the options (savory) from the photos of the stay.
