The location is good, near the Dragon Bridge and the night market, and the restaurant we passed on the way to the hotel is very nice, but there are no windows, only shutters, so the street noise is loud—bring earplugs.

The owner was really rude, we got a room with a broken lock and she told us to stay in it as it was; she also spoke very rudely to my wife, and when we asked when it would be fixed we had to leave, she told us to check out and started shouting—such a pathetic experience, a very bad host, I would not recommend this to anyone.

The spot is great, staff were friendly, the baloney room was huge, and the bathroom/shower were solid. They served Chicken Banh Mi downstairs. Everyone was nice, and they offered shuttle to and from the beach. I hit Paradise Beach Club in the late afternoon and Kata Kata later on. DaNang feels like a lovely place. The only downside was the road traffic noise, which can be a bit loud, but you get used to it. There was construction outside and next door at midnight; I had to talk to the builders a couple of evenings to ask them to resume work in the morning at a reasonable hour so it wouldn't disturb sleep. That wasn't the owners' fault.

We weren't checked in! We booked a week in advance, and on the day we were supposed to arrive and flew from Bangkok to Da Nang, they told us there were no rooms left! We were exhausted, had not slept for a day, and had to find another hotel. Absolutely disgusting.
