From the moment we arrived, Tina and her husband welcomed us with great warmth. The casale, which has been renovated a few years ago, is truly beautiful, cozy, and the room cleanliness is obsessive. If you want peace and convenience, just 10 minutes by car away from the chaos of the historic center, this is the right spot. Nothing to add.

The family atmosphere is pleasant and I was very well received by the daughter of the lady who runs the B&B, who went out of her way to order me dinner because it was late and there were no restaurants nearby. I would expand the breakfast offering, install a room‑level heating system when the general heating is off, the room was cold, and I would put up illuminated signs identifying the house as a B&B which is not at all identifiable. I found the price disproportionate to the inconvenient location and the “homely” accommodation.

Very comfortable, especially having breakfast in the garden. It’s nice to experience the Italian countryside so close to the city. The kids liked petting the dog. We were a little worried about the bus access, but it turned out to be quite easy: Line 3 terminates about 8 minutes walk south of the property and Line 4, which we took to the safari park, stops in nearby Ponte Nuova approximately 1.5 km to the NE. We wish we could speak Italian so we could have chatted with the host family.

Everything! The agriturismo is beautiful, surrounded by the Ravenna countryside but only a few minutes by car from the center. Exceptional room, spotless, very comfortable bed. The owner is a delightful, available, and very kind lady. If you’re lucky, you’ll also meet her beautiful kitten 🥰.
