“Obwohl wir nicht immer Badewetter hatten, waren es sehr schöne Urlaubstage.”
The location was wonderful: just a few steps over the dune and you were already on the clean, fine‑sanded, wide Baltic Sea beach. In addition, two restaurants and many snack stalls were directly on site and you could pay everywhere with a card. The breakfast was very varied and tasty. A highly recommended excursion is to the Hortulus Gardens in Dobrzyca near Kolberg.
Great location, delicious breakfast.
“Polnische Ostsee - immer eine Urlaubsreise wert.”
The breakfast was excellent—tasty, freshly prepared, sometimes in a distinctly Polish style, and visually appealing, a treat for the eyes. The chef also served a fresh, strong coffee from the machine. Although the breakfast period lasted only an hour, we adapted to it. The breakfast room is tastefully and functionally arranged, making it one of the day's highlights, leaving us well‑fed and energized for the day. Everything else was present for an unforgettable Baltic Sea holiday: the wide sandy beach “around the corner,” a nearby supermarket, charming bathing spots in the area, and historic Pomeranian towns offering both tourist and historical interest, especially for a visitor from Germany. We overall experienced that life in neighboring Poland is very pleasant and that the people here can be proud of what they have achieved—and indeed are proud. The only downside was that after two weeks we had to return home.
Parking was available on the premises. The beach entrance was close by. It was a quiet destination. Dining was possible directly at the guesthouse, with a nicely equipped communal kitchen on the floor. A fridge was in the room. Outdoor blinds. All rooms had a balcony. In the guesthouse garden we lacked seating. The beds were too narrow for us. There was no clothes dryer (but we carried our own clothesline).
I was thrilled by the location—just a 3‑minute walk to the beach. The breakfasts were very good and the coffee delicious. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
