It’s clean, quiet, well located (tram, supermarket nearby, Bordeaux park not far), on the ground floor, a handicap spot right in front for unloading, easy to park (free) on the street and the parallel street; the neighborhood is well frequented. I like staying there when I go to Bordeaux.

We spent 5 nights in this great studio, very well equipped, clean, spacious, with all the gear we needed. The owner, Martine, was very helpful and kind. We have no restrictions about recommending this place, because it was pleasant and truly friendly for us. The car can be left on the street without problem and a private parking is also available. The tram is a 10‑minute walk and it’s easy to get to the center of Bordeaux. Kudos to this owner for the accommodation offer and for the very high quality of it. Thank you very much. Everything was perfect.

The place was clean, tastefully decorated, fully equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fan, window screen, and a walk‑in shower, and it was very quiet. It’s well located with a tram nearby, so the city centre of Bordeaux is just a 15‑minute ride on line D.

Totale huisje alle gemakken, goede airco, alles top afgwerrkt. Misschien voor 2 nachten, 2 handdoeken, ik vond het prima, maar kan me voorstellen dat andere mensen niet 2 x dezelfde gebruiken

The apartment was very clean and the location was very quiet. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free. The tram and bus stops, plus a shopping area, are close by. I would recommend this place.
