How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location and beds were great, but they left only 2 towels for 4 guests. The three shower keys were a bit confusing. It would also help to improve the soap—maybe switch to liquid so it isn’t wasted.

The staff’s service was excellent and they had a good presence. They fixed a hot‑water issue immediately. The only downside was the hot drinks; there was only cappuccino available. I’m a fan of American coffee, but that’s just a personal preference. It would be ideal for guests.
