The location and the facilities were fine, but the breakfast buffet lacked the variety you'd expect from the Grand Hyatt brand.

Good spot and a nice foyer, but the room was dull, corridor noise was audible, and the guards in the foyer felt hostile.

The relationship with the hotel was bad; I do not recommend it.

The general facilities were nice and the restaurant Oribu was delicious, but that was all. The front‑desk staff were rude, delayed my check‑in until 5:30 pm because no rooms were ready, and the room had several broken items. I arrived at 3:30 pm and was told no rooms were available even though I had booked months earlier. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour while others also queued. At 5 pm I asked again for my room and had to wait until 5:30 pm to actually enter. The room had a dangling broken fire alarm, had not been vacuumed, and the toilet was non‑functional. My sister arrived the next morning and we spent the first day calling the front desk five times to get someone to fix the toilet. By the time they sent someone, the room smelled bad and was musty. The fifth call worked and an engineering staff member came and fixed the toilet and the fire alarm; he was very friendly. The best part of the staff was that engineer. When we complained at the front desk we were offered nothing in terms of complimentary perks or points, even though we are part of the Hyatt points system, and no other rooms were available to move into. The only positive was the hotel’s location. It was an absolute waste of money.
