We walked everywhere and the area was pretty quiet; the staff were attentive and efficient, but the bathroom was dirty.

The space was decent and having a kitchen is handy; the little pool and the yoga/fitness room were good and I used them. However, for the price it could have been better: the room we got felt a bit dark, the bedding didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had some damp on the walls and the floor was always wet; the window had no mosquito net. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights, and only one of us got a new room, which really lowered my score. Breakfast was supposed to arrive at 8 30 pm in the room but never did on time, sometimes at 9 or 9 30, and one day it wasn’t until 10 30.

We liked the variety between the two rooms we booked, the tray‑served breakfast delivered to the door, and the prime location. I had the contact details for assistance but never actually saw anyone; responses to messages were slow, though it wasn’t a major issue.

The location was very good and the inn was clean. Federico was always ready to help with anything we needed and sent us videos for arrival and for the room, which were very helpful.
