How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was central. The rooms were very noisy and the building was loud, with conversations echoing through the night even after the 10 pm quiet hour. The converted rooms in the old building had a lot of sound transmission, and there was trash from a previous guest in the shower. Check‑in was done via phone and a key box.

The location was great. 1. The main door of the hotel was closed and I received no instructions on how to enter or get the key. After waiting at the gate for 45 minutes, the staff who had the keys told me to call the Germany‑Berlin phone number on the wall, but then they said I would get the key with a code. 2. The reception was constantly closed. 3. During my three‑day stay I never met any hotel staff. 5. No one spoke German or English. 6. I couldn’t reach anyone for check‑out, so I left the key in the room.

Everything was very simple, and I’ve been waiting for my bill, which I asked for several times at the hotel, to this day.

The location was very good, with the S‑bahn right nearby. There was absolutely no comfort: the light switch was hard to find, the bathroom was very dirty, it was very loud, and it wasn’t clear where to return the key.
