I was greeted warmly by Giovanni, the room was spotless, and we were close to our favorite spot, Caffedegliamici, where we had breakfast and later enjoyed tasty dishes for dinner. Tavarnelle val di Pesa is perfect for day trips to charming villages and sites in Chianti. We’ll definitely come back.
