There was nothing to praise; the basic facilities were missing, the bed sheets were torn, the bathroom was filthy, the light didn’t work, and I couldn’t adjust the ceiling fan or AC; after waiting two hours in the lobby with no help and no owner answering the phone, I left frustrated.

We disliked everything; the staff showed zero hospitality, and when a relative was admitted to the nearby ICU, the receptionist called us drunk and denied check‑in, sending us away without a shred of courtesy—pathetic and a warning not to book this place.
