“VERY disappointing and not worth the price”

The parking was secure, but I can’t understand the positive reviews—my room was very noisy with loud traffic from the street, not just the city hum but actual trumpeting motorcycles and fast cars; noise from other rooms and the patio echoed, I could hear a neighbor showering, the bed was tiny and uncomfortable, the bathroom was ugly and impractical, there was no AC or ceiling fan, only a small, noisy ventilator that wasn’t worth turning on, breakfast was basic and the table was sticky, the supposedly calm location turned out to be next to a busy street, the photos were misleading because the courtyard is only half closed and you can see neighbors and street noise, and for the price it’s not worth it; you could get a much better standard elsewhere, and even half the price would be better, so I feel scammed.

I stayed in a quiet spot, yet the location was close to the old town, which was great. The breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff were kind and gave a good vibe. I did run into a problem when the shower water wouldn’t stop; since there was no staff on duty at night, fixing it was hard.

The hotel has a lot of charm; the staff are delightful and help you with everything you need, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is delicious with great variety, and the beds are super comfortable.
