The location is very good 👍 the facilities were okay and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels. The pool was not clean and the air conditioning didn’t work – no cooling airflow from the AC.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. Construction outside our room woke us up every morning at 7 AM and they didn’t stop until 11:30 PM. Also, our AC wasn’t the best.

Affordable and close to the beach, but construction across from my room.

The place was spotless and the staff were quick to help whenever needed.

I appreciated that the hotel let us use the room before the normal check‑in time, which made it easier for my family to get ready and join the service on schedule. However, the entrance and access to the resort feel misplaced; guests should not have to see the back of Denny Bouy's area, and the parking is too close to where we enter the rooms. My stay was brief, so I didn’t get to enjoy the property fully, but it is a very nice and beautiful place—just the entrance/access point needs improvement.
