The transfer service made getting from the airport and the metro station to the hotel a breeze, with a comfortable car and attentive drivers. Every hotel staff member was polite and ready to help with any need, and I especially appreciated Sulma, who was kind and friendly and went out of her way to make my stay flawless. Breakfast was good and covered all my morning needs, and the hotel’s facilities were excellent—clean, well-maintained, with fresh, comfortable linens and towels.

I really liked my stay; the free breakfast was a nice bonus, and the room and bathroom were spacious. Everything stayed clean, cozy, and in good shape, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The check‑in left me disappointed, though, as the front desk team seemed distracted, even taking a personal call instead of greeting me, and I would have preferred a warmer welcome. The bed was only moderately comfortable.
