The property was clean and the service was good, but the TV wasn’t working properly.

The reception staff seemed lost both at check‑in and check‑out, the bed was uncomfortable, the duvet smelled dirty, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the breakfast was only decent. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and especially the bed were terrible.
