Seven minutes on foot from Ahlbari Station, the place was clean and friendly. They offered free Americano at the entrance, and I discovered I could also use the kitchen. I was assigned a smaller room than the one shown in the photos with a sofa, but it was sufficient for a one‑day stay. Trinity Church is a three‑minute walk away, and the bus to Yerevan departs from Ahlbari Station, which is convenient. Good value accommodation.

The hotel was clean, with a kettle, mugs, and a mini‑fridge in the room. A shared kitchen had dishes, a stove, and a coffee machine. The staff were friendly and always available. The shower cabin was a bit inconvenient, causing splashes onto the floor, but that’s a minor issue. Overall, I recommend this option.

A wonderful spot in central Tbilisi! The administrators and managers were very hospitable, letting us leave our luggage after check‑out. They were kind and responsive to all our questions. The rooms were spacious and clean. They provided tea, coffee, and other supplies. It’s great that there’s a shared kitchen downstairs where you can heat up or prepare food. The place is excellent in every way. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely stay again. Special thanks for the hospitality!

This is a quality hotel that really justifies its price. It’s small, very cozy, and situated in a quiet spot. The rooms were clean and the windows offered lovely views.
