The staff were quick to respond and the hotel was spotless; when I had a problem in the bathroom they fixed it right away, and the next day I asked for a room change and it was handled smoothly—shout out to the person at the counter who shared a great pic, plus the day manager, night manager, and the lady were all top professionals. The location and surroundings could use some improvement; it's behind MM Alam Road and the access is confusing for newcomers, though I had stayed there before and found it acceptable.
