Nestled in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, The Drymen Inn offers panoramic hill views and tranquil countryside. Each room features free Wi‑Fi, an en suite bathroom, and a flat‑screen TV. The on‑site restaurant serves hearty Scottish breakfasts and seasonal, locally sourced meals. Guests relax by a log‑fire or in two glass houses. Nearby, horse riding, water skiing, and windsurfing await, while Glasgow and Edinburgh airports are a 45‑minute drive away.

The breakfast was very good and made to order. The staff were very friendly and the kitchen excellent. It’s better to book a table in advance because the restaurant is in high demand. The rooms are lovingly decorated but a bit small. Unfortunately, some corners aren’t cleaned regularly and the bathroom is somewhat small.

The location was great for WHW and there was a wide selection for breakfast, but the reception was unfriendly at first and only improved later; there were no garment storage options except a hanging rack.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, and the service felt impersonal, rushed, and unfriendly.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the serving staff were great, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed or under‑resourced; I couldn't sleep because a band played until midnight, and I wouldn't have stayed if I had known that would happen.
