The room, bathroom, and common areas were all spotless and well maintained throughout the stay. The location was slightly outside central London, but still easy enough to get around and manageable for daily sightseeing. The breakfast selection was limited to a tiny buffet, and restocking was very slow; key items frequently ran out, leaving guests waiting up to 15 minutes for replenishments.

OK. The desk person should have had backup – left the desk to attend to a situation in the laundry, and guests waited quite a long time to get checked in.
