How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was good. We waited 30 min in the outside area for someone to show up to check us in; other people did too. I called 4 times from the lobby phone and left messages. It was very upsetting and unprofessional. Also, there was no elevator and I had to lug suitcases up the stairs. Breakfast wasn’t much at all.

Everything was comfy. The remodel looks great. The breakfast almost had literally nothing. I wouldn’t even advertise that there is breakfast.

The shower was broken, the air conditioner didn’t work either, and when I switched it on it rattled as if it might fall off the wall.

The location was convenient, the beds were very comfortable, and the room stayed clean; the desk attendant was polite and helpful, but a gap under the door let hallway noise seep in, and breakfast was minimal—just enough to start the day.
