The breakfast selection was extraordinary and of high quality. The garden and the natural lake for swimming offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything felt a bit dated (the wellness area downstairs, the upper floor was new), but it was clean and tidy; having a point person in the wellness area on site would have been nice.

The location is superb, the grounds are spacious and well designed, and I especially appreciate the quiet I find there. The staff are caring without being intrusive, and the food is great. However, some rooms aren’t yet wheelchair‑accessible, and because of the layout you have to look for certain things first.
