Eierene Pech og Pong were amazing 😍 They’re friendly, helpful, and fun, and they speak perfect English. The food at Spicy23 is one of the best spots in the village—you just have to try the green curry! The room is clean, has working fans, can accommodate up to 7 people, and a big plus is having a bathroom inside so you don’t have to go outside! The location is perfect, close to everything 🫶

It’s great value for the price, a cute little homestay/restaurant within easy walking distance of everything in M’Pai bay. The dorm room layout is a bit odd and there’s no air‑con, but that’s normal for the island. Definitely recommend the bioluminescent plankton tour run by the owner.

I got great value, everyone was super friendly and the food was really good! The only downside was that I wished they had mosquito nets… otherwise the room was very comfortable.

The family running the place is very friendly and gives good advice, and the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are very basic.
