Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful guest house. The host is very gracious and helpful. Go all the way to prepare take away breakfast as i was checking out at 6.40am. The location is 5 min walk to Amir Temur mausoleum through a white gate (turn left from the front door) and within 20-40mins walk to other attractions. Set breakfast is ok. The bedding need to replace as sagging in the middle. This make sleeping uncomfortable. Cool and hot water outside the room

The location was good because you can walk to Registan Square, and there were little birds in the courtyard that sang sweetly. The female host had a warm, welcoming spirit, and the breakfast porridge with milk was delicious—definitely coming back. It was a bit annoying that when I used the shower in the twin room, the drainage was poor and water splashed everywhere.

The place is well situated, the breakfast is superb, and the rooms are spotless. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. The downside was that it was noisy and bright at night.

The family‑run guesthouse is in a pretty good spot, within walking distance of the Registan, Gur‑e‑Amir, Ruhobod Mausoleum, and even Plov. I stayed in a small but cozy twin room on the ground floor accessed through the courtyard, and when I asked for a hair dryer, they supplied one. Breakfast was served just outside my room in the garden—fruits, bread, pastries, cheese, butter, jam, raisins, walnuts, porridge, tea, and coffee both days. The first day included a fried egg and a meat cutlet; the second day had pancakes, one of which was stuffed with minced meat. A water dispenser sits at the entrance. The private toilet‑shower is tiny; the floor gets soaked after a shower and the doorway is just wide enough for my 157 cm height—nothing that breaks the stay, but worth noting. I’d still consider staying here again if I visit Samarkand.
