The room was very cozy, though it didn’t have air‑conditioning, which we didn’t really need.

The host was friendly, the breakfast had homemade pastries, the apartment was comfortable and the area was peaceful.

The setting was beautiful, the farmhouse was lovely, well maintained, and the owners Tamara and Federica were excellent hosts with superb hospitality; highly recommended.

The farmhouse sits in a quiet area and is very convenient for reaching Assisi’s center. Outside the accommodation there are lounge chairs and tables for relaxed evenings and outdoor breakfasts, plus play areas for kids. The hosts are very kind and the vibe is relaxing; even the house pets are affectionate and well‑trained. The décor is stylish and thoughtful. Breakfast is superb and can be served in the room or outside (the extra service is worth it). We had a great stay and will gladly return. Highly recommended! The only issue was the bed frame, but we already informed the host who promised to fix it.

The lady said I had a second supposed cancellation from me. I had mistakenly cancelled the first request, corrected it immediately, and told her it was an error. She told me she wouldn’t count it, yet on my arrival day she called saying she’d received a second one (which I hadn’t made). She redirected me to another place, but when I called, I was told to call as soon as I got the number, and by then the room had already been rented… only 10 minutes had passed. It’s not ethical to leave people without a room and far from home.
