Everything is good

The staff were very helpful during the meeting and the room size was convincing, but the TV channels could have been more varied.

The staff were very friendly, but there was an issue with the AC in the room, the jacuzzi was a little small, and there was no phone in the room.

Nothing was good. Big gaps under and over the door let rodents and bugs in, other residents were very loud all night, I couldn't sleep, and there was loud noise coming from the refrigerator.

I found the jacuzzi suite to be a great deal for the area: 15 minutes from downtown, private hot tub, king‑size bed, clean, comfortable, for under $200. I wasn't sure if it would be gross or dangerous based on how affordable it was, but it was neither, and we had a wonderful time. Very glad we didn't drop $300‑$400 for a cookie‑cutter room in a hotel that didn't have a private jacuzzi downtown. The cords for pulling the blinds were sticky and it is on a very busy road, so if street noise is a concern for you, that may be an issue; we both wear ear plugs when we sleep, anyway.
