How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The price was reasonable and the station was fairly close, while the many coin‑laundries made doing laundry a breeze. Unfortunately, the guests next door kept the TV blaring at full volume, which made it hard to get any sleep, and the bathroom lighting was dim.

The cost was cheap! There are smoking rooms available. The unit bath was cramped.

Parking my car there let me walk straight to Gifu Station, which was really convenient. The only drawback was the low ceiling in the bathroom and the sink that felt too low as well.

Access to the sights was good. The white parts of the exterior wall were a bit dirty and noticeable.

The air‑conditioning worked well. The breakfast, however, was shockingly sparse—just a handful of side dishes like hijiki, dried radish, a single shumai, rice and miso soup—far below what you’d expect for a ¥10,500 meal, and they even collected a ¥200 bathing tax in cash, which made me wonder if the water in the unit bath was actually a hot spring; I didn’t use the pool, so the extra charge didn’t sit right with me.
