Great location, especially for concerts at Fabrique. Easy bus access to Porta Garibaldi station. The room was clean and a good size, with a small kitchenette that was convenient for making coffee and keeping a few things in the refrigerator. Check‑in was easy, and the arrival instructions were clear and helpful. The air conditioning was also a big plus, especially during hot weather. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. The only downsides were that there was no towel for the bathroom floor, and given the high turnover of guests, I would suggest adding an extra protective plastic layer to the mattress for better hygiene and maintenance.
