“"L'overbooking"”
I was left in the dark just a few hours before arrival when I received an email—no call—informing me that my reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking. I had booked the room two weeks in advance through the app, and now I had to scramble for a replacement in a short time, which is especially tough for someone like me who needs a kitchen, fridge, and a convenient location near a hospital. I urge the staff to be more careful and keep the booking status updated on the platform to prevent such unpleasant surprises and the hassle of seeking a refund.

The owner’s kindness, the location near the bus stop to the city center, the large, comfortable room with a study desk, and the outdoor garden were all excellent. Nothing to complain about.
“Adatto a chi si sa adattare. Non consigliato a chi vorrebbe un minimo di confort in più.”
The accommodation is easy to reach from Siena’s center, though there aren’t many services within walking distance nearby. The room is spacious with a large desk that’s convenient for students. The bathrooms and the room were clean. However, the shower head was broken and a chair was disassembling (the owner assured it would be fixed soon). Cleaning supplies were left in the hallway, and the pillows and mattresses were very hard.
