How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

I was a bit disappointed by the location; it’s a bit far from the town, making it hard to find food and not ideal if you don’t have a car. The room rate was fair for the room and the food included.

The room was big and nice but didn’t match the map I had pinned; everything was chaotic, and the tone was just not right. I never stayed there and didn’t know the way. In the room there were mosquitoes constantly. I booked saying there would be a dog, no extra fee, but when I arrived they demanded an additional 300—what is that?

“Wrong location and miserable communication”

The room was nice and clean, but locating the place was a disaster. The map shows it right on the highway. I messaged the property repeatedly on two of their numbers—no reply. I called several times, someone answered but hung up immediately, and they ignored my WhatsApp messages. After many calls and repeating that I was ready to check in, they finally sent a Google Maps link, which was still wrong (though closer). Only thanks to a neighboring resort’s help did I finally reach the property. Previous reviews suggest this is a known issue, so I don’t understand why they don’t update the location or at least help guests find the resort.
