“Je ne recommande absolument pas, à fuir.”
The view of the cathedral was nice and the breakfast existed. The first room assigned to us was especially dirty, I don’t even know if it had been cleaned. The furniture was in a pitiful state, the bathroom was unusable, we found many hairs, and the furniture stains hadn’t been cleaned. The photos speak for themselves. The neighborhood, though in the city center, is on a square frequented by the homeless, so there is noise day and night. The windows aren’t insulated. We had to complain because the room we got for our first night was nothing like the one we had booked.
“Hospedagem a trabalho”
The location was fine and the mattress was very good. The cleanliness was lacking; you could see what wasn’t cleaned. I didn’t get room service; it was missing and I had to request it. The room next to the church was noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, you won’t be able to sleep.
I liked how convenient check‑in was, but they could add natural juice options.
From the reception to the rooms, breakfast, and everything else was great.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, service was great. But there were hairs on the bath towels and in the shower, the bathroom smelled like stagnant sewage, and there was no mirror.
