How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room and facilities were very comfortable, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The bed could have been a bit better, and while the elevator is quite small, it’s not a major issue. It would be nice if rooms had a mini‑fridge. Overall, everything else was amazing.

The beds were comfortable. I was surprised to see an extra parking fee of 80,000 COP, which feels excessive even for that part of the city. I only stayed one night and didn’t use any extra services, yet a 50,000 COP charge for a lost or damaged laundry bag, or 170,000 COP plus for laundry, is just too much. The staff were not friendly, and the place seemed understaffed. As a regular user for Bogotá, I find this place definitely overpriced and dishonest.

It’s very central, the location is excellent, and the staff are very attentive. Nothing else to add.

The service was poor.

The location was great and the hotel quality was good. However, we had a room next to the street, so we could hear all the traffic.
