“così così”

The location is convenient, fairly close to the center. My room was a loft with no windows, only a skylight, and to move from one side of the bed to the other I had to bend because of the sloping roof; there was only one bar of soap and one bottle of shampoo for two of us. In the second room I booked for a guest, there was no soap or shampoo at all. We arrived late and could not request them. This is the fourth time I’m returning because I’ve always had nice, comfortable rooms, but this time it didn’t go well.

The room was located in a loft on the fourth floor (the elevator stops at the third), with direct entry onto the stairwell (a passage for everyone, therefore noisy). The room was evidently a repurposed service space (average height, useful dimensions, and lighting with small skylight windows below regulatory standards) with a noisy boiler in the room, mismatched second‑hand furnishings, and a bathroom without a bidet. At one point, the steam from the shower triggered a loud fire alarm. The room was not sound‑proofed (so you wake up to the neighbors’ alarm), not to mention the loud music late at night coming from the club on the basement floor of the building. A lot needs improvement!

The location is great for those traveling by bus because the Amiternum stop is nearby. The breakfast is excellent, not included in the price, at the adjacent Rino café. There’s a good restaurant on the lower floor, and you can get there by elevator. Everything was fine.

The staff was good. The fact that I had to pay for room cleaning was something I had never experienced before.

The staff were courteous and accommodating, they met my needs and I was very satisfied. I would stay again or recommend them for the location and the receptionist’s friendliness.
