“Will be very good but some basic niggles to fix”

The room is huge, the bed is comfy, it’s clean, and the AC works well. Food is only available through room service for now, but the quality is excellent. The shower didn’t work—just a weak trickle of water. I told staff on both days, and they said it was fixed, but nobody actually tried to fix it. Apologies were offered, but nothing was done. The restaurant is still opening, so for now it’s only room service food and a very basic breakfast buffet that starts at 8 am, which is too late for business people.

“Overall good”

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here - everything from the check-in to the room itself was top-notch. The only thing that stopped it from being perfect was the breakfast menu, which felt a bit limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

“They don’t have a kitchen. Room service is poor. Otherwise excellent”

The room quality and cleanliness were definitely highlights of my stay, but unfortunately, the kitchen and dining areas left a bit to be desired. The room itself was spotless and had everything I needed, but the communal spaces felt a bit neglected.

“Ok for short stay”

Unfortunately, the hotel's staff availability was a bit of an issue at times, which made it difficult to get help when I needed it. I'm not sure if it was just a one-off problem, but it definitely impacted my stay.
