The owner is pleasant and the location is fine, but the room smells terribly damp, has no windows to ventilate, feels like a crawlspace, no fridge in the room, and the bed is hard; the price is excessively high for what the place offers. After three weeks in Thailand, this is probably the worst value‑for‑money accommodation. The building is the owner’s house and to reach your room you pass through his living room; you’re not allowed to use his fridge. There are better options in Rawai.

⭐️ 10/10 – A wonderful and heartwarming stay in Phuket ⭐️ We stayed in this room during our time in Phuket and couldn’t have had a better experience. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and everything in perfect condition — clean, well-maintained, and with lovely details that make you feel at home. But what truly makes this place special are the hosts. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with such kindness and warmth, always attentive to anything we might need. You can really feel that they do everything with genuine care. We want to give a special mention to Mr. Aurelio, with whom we had the most contact — an incredibly kind and helpful person who made us feel not just like guests, but like part of the family! We were also their first guests, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re sure everyone who stays here will feel just as well taken care of and happy as we did. We highly recommend this place — not only for its comfort, but for the human warmth that makes it truly unforgettable. ❤️

“Très relaxant avec un bon rapport qualité prix pour 8”

The house is well arranged, the rooms are comfortable and each offers its own privacy, creating a calm atmosphere that feels like home in this charming place. The staff were kind and welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach and restaurants, and we were able to leave at 13:00 with no extra charge.
