The breakfast was great, the staff were amazing and friendly. The rooms were slightly dirty and old, appearing to be poorly maintained.

The breakfast offered variety and a good schedule. We were given a handicap room for people with mobility issues that we did not request; the TV had a large unpainted board behind it; the room had an unpleasant odor and we had to buy air freshener. I wanted a sea view but got a view of Kroger because the room was on the ground floor, so the sea wasn’t visible as we wanted. Previously we had stayed there and the room had a pool view and partial sea view, which was better than now.

The location was across from the beach. The room was not cleaned; hair was all over the bathroom door, stuff had spilled down the wall, the fridge door had sticky residue, we received a dirty towel on the new towel rack, the bathroom fan was stuck on and hanging, the AC was loud and didn’t cool well. I will never stay here again.

I never liked it at all. The common areas—hallways, elevator, pool—were dirty and worn out, except for the lobby. My room and bathroom were not clean. They market themselves as a resort, but that’s not the reality. I wouldn’t stay at esebhitel again. Thanks.
