We appreciated the hotel’s quiet atmosphere and the spaciousness of the room, but it was unacceptable that on two of the six nights we stayed the room wasn’t serviced.
“Pleasant”
The bed was super comfy, but there was no fan in the bathroom.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless, with plenty of space for a king; we liked the sitting area for TV, but the lobby desk was often unattended and the bar shut early.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of cereals, freshly made items, eggs, meats, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruits, and many other options. The person in charge was on site and very busy all the time. I thought the lobby entrance was not a wow moment; it didn’t look very clean, had a cigarette‑smoke smell, a person was smoking there, and a large trash can looked as if it hadn’t been washed or emptied in a while. The carpet leading to the front desk from the doorway was not clean or inviting, and the debris there at night was still there the next morning when we checked out.

We chose this place because of its transport links and its close proximity to the client; everything else was fine.
