“Sampson. Ruined trip; won’t stay at a drury inn again due to his unprofessionalism.”

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, but Sampson was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional; checking in was a pain, and hotels treat guests differently when you book through a platform versus directly.
