The location was good. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no air conditioning, the Wi‑Fi was bad, and the TV had no signal.

The facilities seemed pleasant, especially the pool, though I never got a chance to swim. The price is reasonable and the breakfast is included. The food seasoning didn’t impress me; a waiter commented that because we were guests we wouldn’t receive a big tip, apparently not noticing that I was behind him, which bothered me.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious, we were three and everything worked out nicely. Breakfast was excellent, the pool was at a great temperature, the gym had enough equipment for weight training, though a few mats for stretching would have been better. Overall it was a good experience for the price. The rooms assigned to us were very hot during the day and the ceiling fan was noisy; they sent technicians to fix it but it got worse, though the technicians were friendly. On Sunday night we wanted drinks and the bar was already closed at 9:30 pm; we asked to sit there anyway but when we arrived the lights were turned off and they told us the place had been fumigated, which didn’t feel friendly. Maintenance and the cleaning lady were very kind.
