Hotel Approach, in Knokke town centre, is 150 metres from the sandy beach. The hotel features a living room with a fireplace, a large garden with a terrace, and free barbecue facilities. Comfortable rooms and suites have a balcony, minibar, and TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The Royal Zoute Golf Club and Bruges are nearby, with a coastal tram service to other seaside cities.

The hotel is near the Zoute, on a quiet street, not far from the beach, with a garden, sun loungers, and a nice garden view. The furniture is very old‑fashioned, the welcome was truly mediocre, almost intrusive, with no smiles; breakfast cost 39 euros, and we took a small bottle of water from the fridge in the room, charged 6 or 7 euros.

The bedding was clean and comfortable. The old‑fashioned interior needs a serious renovation, and the staff were not at all welcoming.
