The pizza place on the ground floor and the indoor garden were great. However, the shower and sink had almost no cold water, the taps were irregular, and the shower hose was poorly attached – a bit of cold water ran along it. The room was very hot, and the Velux windows didn’t work properly.

The room was nice and clean, and we barely heard any noise at night even with the windows open; the restaurant serves decent pizza. The staff were very helpful once we could understand each other. Communication was a bit of a struggle because we didn’t speak German and only one person at the hotel spoke English, so we relied on him. I couldn’t get the wifi to connect even with the password, but I didn’t really need it, so it wasn’t a huge problem.

Parking is easy, the restaurant is available, but the price‑performance ratio isn’t great. Check‑in clashes with the restaurant’s operation, and there’s no checkout outside restaurant hours. A deep cleaning is needed – there’s mold in the shower, the heating is dusty, and that’s just unacceptable.

The food was good. The reception at the hotel was poor; no one cared. The management is bad. There’s no breakfast, and it felt like guests were a nuisance.
