The location was superb, and the friendly, communicative staff were helpful and available, especially when I directed them toward tourist spots.

The place had a fantastic position and offered good value for money, but the bed could use some improvement.

The location was good, the room was clean, check‑in was quick, and there was relative quiet; the mattress, pillow, and blanket were good, and the fridge and TV worked well. The shower was great, although you need a large bath sponge and a small towel because the water floods the floor. The hosts were polite. A lovely park with fountains and benches is nearby, and a café just steps away offers a discount if you mention the hotel (they offered it, but I didn’t need it). For 1–2 nights it’s a decent price. However, when ordering I asked if there was a ground‑floor room because there was no elevator and my knees were sore; they said yes, but upon arrival it turned out to be a semi-basement with two steep stairs that I had to drag my luggage up. The air‑conditioner barely worked, so I had to set it to +17 and open the front door twice to avoid the stuffiness. A small vent in the courtyard under the ceiling didn’t help.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and every morning they greeted everyone on the courtyard with a good morning, which was heartwarming.
Everything needed for a comfortable stay was available, the price was reasonable, and the central location was an advantage; nearby there’s an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty meal.
