“Fim de semana no Airbnb”
The location was fine. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all; if I wanted an Airbnb, I’d just look for one.

Good location, but Wydn isn’t a hotel; it’s private apartments, the unit wasn’t clean, towels were worn, the shower leaked, the carpet was peeling, and the air‑con was noisy.

I wasn’t told that breakfast wasn’t included. It wasn’t clear that the booking was for a third‑party room and not the hotel’s own.

Good location and car parking, but when booking the hotel, there was no indication that the room wasn’t part of the hotel’s services but an Airbnb rental, so no hotel services or breakfast were available. I believe this information should have been highlighted.

Nice facilities and staff, but I’ll have to go to PROCON to get the receipt. At check‑in the staff said I could just request it on departure, then they said the apartment belonged to the owner and they had no responsibility, so I had to fend for myself. I’ve tried every way and no one responds.
