The stay was bad.

I booked Deluxe rooms but was given standard rooms on two different floors; the beds and linens were stained, and bedsheets were only changed when I requested them.

A budget spot that costs under 1k a night, offers wifi, a 32‑inch smart TV, a soft spring bed, AC that tops out at 18 °C (the 1‑ton unit feels undersized for the room), a balcony, decent room size, CCTV in the gallery, and a generally okay neighborhood. Towels are provided, but you’ll need to bring your own toiletries. The place suffers from a lack of cleanliness: cigarette butts, discarded condoms, and other litter are left in plain sight, which is surprising for a property only 1‑2 years old. The toilet has leaky fixtures, the shower in the washroom is non‑functional, and a cockroach was found on the floor. It seems the sheets aren’t changed after each stay. All in all, you get what you pay for.

Nothing good. Everything was a mess. The hotel operates like a chaotic system. They confirmed my reservation, sent me payment details via message, I paid, and checked in. Then I received an email saying my reservation was canceled. Because of that, they told me to pay again or leave the room. When I asked about the initial payment, they said it would be refunded within seven business days, but I still haven’t received it. Calls to customer service are cut off, and their email never gets a reply. Their customer care hasn’t offered a proper solution.
