“Wunderschön”
The entire property was well‑maintained, clean, and nicely equipped. It was heavenly quiet, perfect for escaping the stressful workday. Breakfast was very good and the staff incredibly kind and warm. They repeatedly asked if we had any wishes, and overall everyone was friendly and open to guests. My room was modern, clean, and up to date. The view of the dock was especially nice. I also liked the gym—I used it often. The pool right on the beach was lovely, with plenty of loungers to relax. At the pool bar, open from 10 am, you could get drinks and snacks at fair prices, and the staff there were exceptionally polite and friendly. Communication with the hotel operators was excellent, and requests were handled smoothly. Lek, the concierge on site, regularly checked on my well‑being and helped immediately when support was needed. When I return to Koh Chang, I will definitely book here again. The hotel is a bit off the main road, and you can’t get there by bus. After arranging with the hotel operator, I was helped quickly and picked up. The beach is gorgeous, but you can’t swim because the water is very shallow.
