I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it looked better in pictures than in person. Despite this, the hotel still offered a decent experience that made me not want to leave. However, it wasn't enough to make me want to return in the future.

I recently had a disappointing stay at this hotel. My husband and I, who run a cleaning business, chose it for a staycation in Townsend, drawn by its good reviews and reasonable rate, especially after enjoying the passholder preview day at Dollywood. While the front desk clerk was friendly, our room was a letdown - we found hair in the shower and on the dirty sheets, and the shower doors hadn't been cleaned.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the price was reasonable and it's superbly located close to all the downtown attractions. However, my stay was cut short when I was unexpectedly bitten by bed bugs in the middle of the night, which was absolutely unbearable. Needless to say, I checked out right away.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the state of the room. It was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned, with toothpaste splatters behind the sink and a thick layer of dust covering everything. Needless to say, we didn't waste any time and checked in and out on the same day. It was a huge disappointment.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my recent stay at this hotel. The experience was completely underwhelming, with no redeeming qualities to speak of. Unfortunately, I didn't have any pleasant interactions with the staff or enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a disappointing and unremarkable stay.
