Beautiful historic house, great location, comfy rooms, great service, tasty breakfast. But on arrival Friday there was a karaoke night, and the rooms weren't soundproof, so we heard a lot of noise until 11 pm.

Breakfast was tasty. But there were a lot of bedbugs due to lack of fumigation.
