The reception and staff friendliness stood out, especially when a receptionist took the time to speak to us in French, which was appreciated and worth noting. The location is good and easily accessible, with shops and cafés right next door.

The location was very good!! However, despite the description, they charged us $30 for early check‑in for just two hours with no flexibility. The internet is terrible, making it impossible to watch TV. The bathroom is an old one that was renovated with poorly finished micro‑cement, cracked everywhere. The ventilation is blocked, so there is no way to vent odors or steam. The shower screen is almost nonexistent, making it impossible to bathe without getting everything wet.
