The location and atmosphere were good, but we had very few places to store stuff. We celebrated a round birthday and asked for a small table decoration; the result was embarrassing (see photo).

The location and helpful staff were good, but on the arrival day the air conditioning didn’t work until we asked, and the bed linen smelled like cigarette smoke.

The subway stop was super close, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff always had a smile and were helpful. There’s water in the reception floor that you can use anytime you want. The room didn’t have a fridge, so we had to ask for slippers because there were none. The hair dryer was old; after running it for a while it started to get burning hot and fiery red and the burning smell, which didn’t feel safe to use. There was no complimentary coffee or tea, which I’m used to getting in rooms, but that’s not a big deal.
